While we are certain that there is
"nothing new under the sun" (or on the net), what we have put together here is
unlike anything we've seen to date. The use of frames and bookmarks is common, but
the concept here is somewhat original. For this reason we are still working out some
of the nuances. Here is some basic instruction on how to use this site. Then
you can get right to it.
Your browser window will look similar to the
image at right. There are 3 frames:

place your mouse pointer over the horizontal line and drag down to resize the
window. When required by a particular browser, scroll bars will appear in frames 1

The first couple of hyper links will take a while to download. Once they have been
