That's Correct Virginia was the home of the following
presidents:
(1st) George Washington, (3rd) Thomas
Jefferson, (4th) James Madison, (5th) James
Monroe. (Our 2nd President was John Adams and
the President that signaled the end of the "dynasty" was his son John Quincy
Adams [6th], both of Massachusetts.) Eventually FOUR
more Virginians would be elected president giving Virginia almost one fourth of our
Country's total number of 43 Presidents. |
