Theodore Roosevelt and Franklin Roosevelt were fifth cousins.   Franklin Roosevelt was related by blood to four other presidents and by marriage to six more including George Washington, John Adams, James Madison, John Quincy Adams, Martin Van Buren, William H. Harrison, Zachary Taylor, Ulysses S. Grant, Benjamin Harrison, and William H. Taft.
