Benjamin Harrison's wife Caroline died in the White House in 1892.  Three years after leaving office he married Caroline's neice Mary Scott Lord Dimmick with whom he later had a daughter

PROFESSION:  Attorney, Soldier
POLITICAL PARTY:  Republican
HOME STATE:  Indiana
POLITICAL OFFICES:  U. S. Senator
NICKNAME:  "Kid Gloves Harrison", "Little Ben"
DIED:  March 13, 1901  (Age - 67)
