Stories of American Heroes - Brought to you from the "Home of Heroes" - Pueblo, Colorado |
| When you visit the war-by-war listings in the menu at left, you will be able to view the photos of INDIVIDUAL MOH recipients from each war. From the PRINT menu of your computer, you can select the option to print the 'SELECTED FRAME' and print the images in a one page format as shown at right. (In addition to selecting the "print selected frame" option, schools to print only "Page 1". That was the primary purpose of developing those pages and you can return to the main menu at any time to view/download/print the photos of individual recipients at any time. |

ALBUMS are a different series of photos, designed to provide a more personal look at our
greatest American heroes. Each album contains unique photos, some recent and some
classics, in a thumbnail format. When you click on the "PHOTO ALBUMS"
button at the bottom of this page, it will open a menu in the frame to your left
containing a list of our various albums available. That menu will not go away until
you choose the option to return to the MAIN MENU, which then returns your browser to the
list you currently see at the left. When you have opened the menu of Photo Albums available, you can choose which album you wish to view and it will open in THIS frame as a gallery of thumbnails. Each thumbnail is linked to a larger image. When you click on the thumbnail, the larger image will open IN A NEW WINDOW for you to view, download, or print. After viewing that larger image, CLOSE THE WINDOW and you will find the Album Gallery still in place to allow you to go from one photo to the next. Always remember that, should you even get lost in the Hall of Heroes web site (and with more than 8,000 pages that can happen), whenever you see the compass: you can click on it to go to our site map for quick access to whatever area or displays you wish to visit. |
