On Memorial Day, 1999 the Indiana Power and Light Company (IPALCO) unveiled a National Memorial to America's 3,410 Medal of Honor Recipients.  Complete with a stunning parade, 97 of the 155 living Medal recipients participated in 3 days of activities.  Here are some of the highlights.
