(Coast Guard and Reserves)

A qualification badge awarded to personnel of the Coast Guard and Reserves who have qualified as EXPERT with the military service pistol.

Devices:
A Silver "E" device denotes EXPERT.
A Silver "S" device denotes SHARPSHOOTER.

A Bronze or Silver Pistol Device indicates qualification with the M-1911A1 ("Army 45") pistol..
