Good Conduct Medal |
|
(Coast Guard) For three years of above-average continuous service (after 1 January 1980) by an enlisted member of the Coast Guard or Coast Guard Reserve. Recipients of the Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal must be recommended by their commanding officer for proficiency in rating, sobriety, obedience, industry, courage and neatness.
