2007 Passing the Torch Calendar Printing Instructions for Inkjet Printers

For MOST Inkjet Printers

Paper feeds from a bottom tray, AND
Printed pages come out FACE UP.

STEP 1:
Print the file Calendar_1 after downloading. The pages will come out as shown with the last page containing our included orientation page with the arrow (in most cases) pointing away from the printer. (DO NOT REMOVE ANY PAGES UNTIL ALL PAGES HAVE PRINTED and you see the orientation arrow on top of the stack.

STEP 2:
Remove the stack of printed pages from the tray, rotate it 90 degrees so that the orientation arrow is pointing TOWARDS the printer. REMOVE THE ORIENTATION PAGE WITH THE ARROW, then print the file Calendar_2. When printing is done, your calendar will be not only printed, but collated with the pages in proper order--ready to be bound.

(Note: If for some reason when you print Calendar_1 the orientation arrow is pointing the opposite direction from the view seen in STEP 1 above, simply reverse the process. The key to success is to ROTATE the printed stack 90 degrees so the pages print properly.

Download EACH of the two files in either WORD or PDF version. When you click on one of the files, it will begin downloading in a separate window and may take 15 minutes or longer to appear. When the calendar file comes up on your screen, you can either PRINT it or SAVE it to your desktop (or to another folder on your hard drive) for later or multiple prints, then download and print or save the second file the same way.
