For MOST Laser Printers
(Most
LASER printers feed printed pages out of the printer with the printed
page DOWN--reversed from the way they print in most inkjet printers.
This requires a different set of files (than the ones for inkjet
printers), with the pages REVERSED for proper printing order. IF
YOUR LASER PRINTER feeds the printed pages face UP, use the same
files that you would use for an INKJET
PRINTER.)

Paper feeds from a bottom tray, AND
Printed pages come out FACE DOWN.
STEP 1:
Print the file Calendar_1 after
downloading. The first page printed will be our print orientation
page (the one with the arrow), which will come out FACE DOWN followed by
the remainder of the pages for the calendar. DO NOT remove the
pages until all have printed so as not to accidentally disturb their
order. When printing is completed for the first file, take note of
the direction the arrow is pointing when it comes out of the printer.
-
If the arrow is pointing
AWAY from the printer (as seen in the diagram above), proceed to
STEP 2.
-
If the arrow is pointing
back INTO the printer (opposite what you see in the diagram),
proceed to STEP 2-B.
STEP 2:
Remove the stack of printed pages from the
tray, rotate it 90 degrees so that the orientation arrow is pointing
TOWARDS the printer. REMOVE THE ORIENTATION PAGE WITH THE ARROW,
then print the file Calendar_2. When printing is done, your
calendar will be not only printed, but collated with the pages in proper
order--ready to be bound.

STEP
2-B:
If for some reason
when you print Calendar_1 the orientation arrow is pointing the opposite
direction from the view seen in STEP 1 above, simply reverse the process
as shown at the right.. |
