put together in 2006 for individual sale/download, but will no longer be
available in the general area of our site--these are ONLY available to
those who have purchased a subscription to our RESEARCH LIBRARY.
Because these were generated in late 2006, we have obtained MUCH MORE information and many more citations over the last 18 months. Throughout the remainder of 2008 I will be up-dating these to a 2008 version. Meanwhile, feel free to help yourself to the previous versions, which I believe will be WELL WORTH your time and membership.
